AFTER ENTER YOUR CAR : OPEN THE WINDOWS

According to research done by a University of California , the car dashboard, seats, air freshener will emit Benzene, a Cancer-causing toxin (Carcinogen).

In addition causing Cancer, it poisons your bones, causes, anemia, reduces white blood cells and Prolonged exposure may also cause the following:
1. Leukemia.
2. Increasing the risk of Cancer.
3. It may also cause miscarriage.

Acceptable Benzene level indoors is 50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors with the windows closed will contain 400-800mg of Benzene. If parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up to 2,000-4,000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level. The people inside the car will inevitably inhale an excessive amount of toxins.

It is recommended that you open the windows and doors to give time for the interior to air out before you enter. Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidneys and liver, and is difficult for your body to expel.

HOW TO DO THIS WATER THERAPY?
1. Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 litters of water i.e. 5 to 6 glasses. You may wash your face thereafter. BXP139893

2. Here it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks nor solid food of any sort should be taken within 1 hr. before and after drinking these 1.5 litters of water.

3. It is also to be strictly observed that no alcoholic drinks shall be taken the previous night.

4. If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose. Is it possible to drink 1.50 litters of water at one time? This is a BIG QUESTION? To begin with, one may find it difficult to drink 1.50 litters of water at one time, but one will get used to it gradually. Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and then the balance two glasses after a gap of 2 minutes.Initially you may find the necessity to urinate 2-3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after quite some time.

By research and experience, the following diseases are observed to be cured with this therapy within the indicated days as below:
Constipation -- 1 day
Acidity -- 2 days.
Diabetes -- 7 days.
Cancer -- 4 weeks
Pulmonary TB -- 3 months
BP & Hypertension -- 4 weeks

NOTE:
It is advised that persons suffering from Arthritis or Rheumatism should practice this therapy thrice a day i.e. morning, mid day and night, 1 hour before breakfast,
lunch and dinner for one week and twice a day subsequently until the disease disappears.
HOW DOES PURE WATER ACT ?
Consuming ordinary drinking water by the right method purifies human body.
It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as Haematopaises.

That the mucosal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method, is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that new fresh blood is produced by the mucosal fold.
If the colon is cleansed then the nutrients of the food taken several times a day will be absorbed and by the action of the mucosal folds they are turned into fresh blood.
The blood is all-important in curing ailments and restoring health and for this water should be consumed in a regular pattern.

LIFE IS SHORT & INVALUABLE, JUST GO FOR IT. Wishing you A Healthy Life!

DON'T EAT TOO MUCH RICE

The human body was never meant to consume rice! You see, our genes have hardly changed in more than 30,000 years. However, our food choices and lifestyle have changed dramatically. The caveman would hardly recognize our food or way of life.

Cooking Rice
Caveman food was never cooked as fire was not yet tamed. Thus, he ate only those foods that you can eat without treatment with or by fire. He ate fruits, vegetables, fish (sushi anyone?), eggs, nuts and meat. Yes, even meat. You can even eat meat raw if you were starving in the forest. You have the necessary enzymes to digest meat.

However, rice, like wheat and corn, cannot be eaten raw. It must be cooked. Even if you were starving in the desert, you cannot eat rice in the raw form. This is because we do not have the system of enzymes to break rice down. You were never meant to eat rice. To make matters worse, you not only eat rice, but also make it the bulk of your food.

In some parts of Asia, rice forms up to 85% of the plate. Even if you take rice, keep it to a
minimum. Remember, it is only for your tongue - not your body. Actually, rice and other grains like wheat and corn are actually worse than sugar.

There are many reasons:

Rice becomes sugar - lots of it
This is a fact that no nutritionist can deny: rice is chemically no different from sugar. One bowl of cooked rice is the caloric equal of 10 teaspoons of sugar. This does not matter whether it is white, brown or herbal rice. Brown rice is richer in fiber, some B vitamins and minerals but it is still the caloric equal of 10 teaspoons of sugar. To get the same 10 teaspoons of sugar, you need to consume lots of Spinach - 10 bowls of it.

Rice is digested to become sugar.
Rice cannot be digested before it is thoroughly cooked. However, when thoroughly cooked, it becomes sugar and spikes circulating blood sugar within half an hour - almost as quickly as it would if you took a sugar candy. Rice is very low in the "rainbow of anti-oxidants"
This complete anti-oxidant rainbow is necessary for the effective and safe utilization of sugar. Fruits come with a sugar called fructose. However, they are not empty calories as the fruit is packed with a whole host of other nutrients that help its proper assimilation and digestion.

Rice has no fiber.
The fiber of the Spinach fills you up long before your blood sugar spikes. This is because the fiber bulks and fills up your stomach. Since white rice has no fiber, you end up eating lots of "calorie dense" food before you get filled up. Brown rice has more fiber but still the same amount of sugar.

Rice is tasteless.
Sugar is sweet. There is only so much that you can eat at one sitting. How many teaspoons of sugar can you eat before you feel like throwing up? Could you imagine eating 10 teaspoons of sugar in one seating?

Rice is always the main part of the meal

While sugar may fill your dessert or sweeten your coffee, it will never be the main part of any meal. You could eat maybe two to three teaspoons of sugar at one meal. However, you could easily eat the equal value of two to three bowls (20 - 30 teaspoons) of sugar in one meal. I am always amused when I see someone eat sometimes five bowls of rice (equals 50 teaspoons of sugar) and then asks for tea!

There is no real "built in" mechanism for us to prevent overeating of rice
How much Spinach can you eat? How much fried chicken can you eat? How much steamed fish can you eat? Think about that! In one seating, you cannot take lots of chicken, fish or cucumber, but you can take lots of rice. Eating rice causes you to eat more salt.

As rice is tasteless, you tend to consume more salt

Another villain when it comes to high blood pressure. You tend to take more curry that has salt to help flavor rice. We also tend to consume more ketchup and soy sauce which are also rich in salt.

Eating rice causes you to drink less water.

The more rice you eat, the less water you will drink as there is no mechanism to prevent the overeating of rice. Rice, wheat and corn come hidden in our daily food. As rice is tasteless, it tends to end up in other foods that substitute rice like rice flour, noodles and bread. We tend to eat the hidden forms which still get digested into sugar. Rice, even

when cooked, is difficult to digest
Can't eat raw rice? Try eating rice half cooked. Contrary to popular belief, rice is very difficult to digest. It is "heavy stuff". If you have problems with digestion, try skipping rice for a few days. You will be amazed at how the problem will just go away.

Rice prevents the absorption of several vitamins and minerals. Rice when taken in bulk will reduce the absorption of vital nutrients like zinc, iron and the B vitamins.

Are you a rice addict?

Going rice-less may not be easy but you can go rice-less. Eating less rice could be lot easier than you think. Here are some strategies that you can pursue in your quest to eat less rice. Images_IRRIDB0203_er5

Eat less rice - Cut your rice by half.
Barry Sears, author of the Zone Diet, advises "eating rice like spice".
Instead, increase your fruits and vegetables.
Take more lean meats and fish.

You can even take more eggs and nuts.
Have "rice less" meals. Take no rice or wheat at say, breakfast. Go for eggs instead.

Go on "rice less" days - Go "western" once a week.
Take no rice and breads for one day every week.
That can't be too difficult. Appreciate the richness of your food. Go for taste, colors and smells. Make eating a culinary delight. Enjoy your food in the original flavors.

Avoid the salt shaker or ketchup. You will automatically eat less rice.

Eat your fruit dessert before (Yes! No printing error) your meals.

The fiber rich fruits will "bulk up" in your stomach. Thus, you will eat less rice and more fruits.

7 dont's after a meal

Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of   cancer is higher).
Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease.  This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Study Tips For Students

Here I will write about study methods. 1. Have a well-determined mind. This is the first and the most important step. If student himself is motivated about a certain thing, he will struggle to achieve it.

If during evening hours, his family members keep TV on for 4-5 hours, that will not be the right time for him unless and until he is having a separate room for study.

6. How Many Hours To Study Per Day? This again is variable depending upon homework and study load. Students from higher standards, 10th and 12th board, medical and engineering colleges will have to devote more time. Students who are studying in 8th standard and lower classes will have to devote less time. Slowly increase study timings.

7. How To Build Confidence? Solve old question papers. Get checked from teachers. This will improve your confidence.

10. Memory Tips Use pnemonics and mind maps to remember. Underline with color pencils. Use specific figures like stars etc to highlight important points.

11. How To Improve Concentration? Do yoga, pranayam to improve concentration. Ideally one should have a separate room for study. Use mind relaxation techniques.

12. Diet And Health Diet is very important to maintain good health during exam days. Never neglect diet.

13. How To Take Notes Effectively? Read your course books properly and make your own personal notes. Use of more diagrams and codes while taking notes will save a lot of time.

14. Practice Makes A Man Perfect Practice is the most important thing try solving sample papers /problem set.

15. School Activities If your school is good, attend classes regularly. Ask questions in class everyday. This will help in clearing doubts. 16. Turn off your computer system and TV while studying. Relaxing music is allowed.

17. Set Goals Life without goals is like journey without destination. So set goals. Remember that one can achieve almost everything with a strong determination. One should always remember Swami Vivekanand and his speeches.

18. How To Select A Coaching Class? Discuss with senior students who have scored good marks in similar exams. Take their opinion about "A Coaching Class" . Just don't see the advertisements and join class. Compare the fee structure and see which teachers are available. Success of "A Coaching Class" is decided by teachers and students.

19. Avoid Stress Stress is going to affect a student's performance during exams. Minimal amount of stress is acceptable. Don't take too much tension. Exams are a part of life. After passing exams also, one has to face so many challenges like getting a job with good salary, family life stress and so on. So avoid stress.

7 Tips on how to grow old and not mind it

1. Continue to widen your interests. Not all of us can go to a foreign country but, long before old age, everyone can begin to look forward to learning new things, to pursuing pastimes and developing skills. You can expose yourself to new interests in many ways, such as browsing through library shelves, attending lectures, joining in civic or welfare activities. Inquiry into things that are new to you quickens the mind and heart. 2. Be eager to continue your life. Aging is a process in which most people do more things for the last time, and fewer for the first time. Reverse that and you have an antidote for growing old. 3. Be affectionate. Love is one of the most powerful stimulants to a longer, happier life. Human warmth is, of course, not limited to romantic love; devotion to your fellow man serves equally well. The faculty of being genuinely concerned about others enriches anyone's life. The earlier one acquires it, the better fortified he will be for his later years. 4. Don't let emotions rule you. Giving in to anger is one of our unhealthiest habits. Avoid heated arguments and strong emotional conflicts. 5. Don't worry. Worry is just a bad emotional habit; like any habit, it can be broken if you make sufficient effort. 6. Make friends easily. As you grow older you must accustom yourself to the loss of lifelong friends and be prepared to make others. To do so, you must have something to offer. You don't need money; offer whatever is pleasant and useful in you. 7. Have religious faith. Religious counselors agree that the real comfort of faith comes but faintly to elderly persons who have previously neglected it. How much richer life is for those whose faith helps them constantly during the stresses and trials of everyday living.
