Here are some tips on gym which will enhance you to have an effective workout. So here's it:

Well before going to gym prepare yourself an energy drink.

250ml of orange juice diluted with water to make up 500ml, and a pinch of salt (optional) or certain powder for those who believe in it. This is in order to keep yourself hydrated, also for your sugar level.

Before starting the workout have a proper warm up exercise so that blood starts pumping. This is in order to avoid injuries. So stretch your muscles.

Never copy the hardcore gym members.

It’s easy to think that to get as ripped as the guy in your gym. People see someone lifting a heavier weight and rather than ask them what they’re up to they just copy them.. The problem is that without knowing what someone else’s fitness aims are, copying them could land you with unexpected results or an injury. The best solution is to read magazines and do your homework before you hit the gym. Be careful who you take advice from, because some fitness instructors are not highly qualified and won’t necessarily know what is best for you.

Have something before you go out for workout.

A banana, yogurt with a little cereal do.

Don't repeat the exercises daily.

Your muscles need time to grow. Don't over burn your muscles. So there should be different exercise everyday. Like biceps on Monday, chest on Tuesday and so on.

Plan your workout. Decide in advance what you are going to do and go over it on your way there or while you warm up and stretch Give Time to rest your muscles.

Muscles need at least 48 hours of rest. So keep 2days off a week. Eat protein and carbohydrates after you work out.

Eat plenty of protein and some carbohydrates during the forty-minutes window after your workout: that's when your muscles need it most in order to grow.

Do not work out for too long. Apparently, after about 45 minutes of intense exercise your body wont do any benefit. It can also lead to tear your muscles extra workout. So avoid injury.

Eat properly.Have a healthy diet. Eat bananas, soya paneer. Have a sound sleep.it is necessary as that's the time when muscles grow.

So plan your gym workout and you will surely see good results
